Supportive Services Provider

Seeking to hire individuals for full-time positions to provide in-home & out-of-home support services for an adult male with intellectual & developmental disabilities. Interested persons must have previous experience providing direct support services. Examples of Services to be provided include: Assistance with daily living activities such as, showering, grooming, dental hygiene, some assistance dressing, meal preparation & clean up, medication administration, assistance maintaining a healthy & clean living environment; Community access via walking and/or driving to park, to beach, local market, store(s), adult day care, doctor/dentist appointments etc.

All interested persons must provide verification of previous employment experience with references, have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, be required to complete a DDS criminal record statement and be able to pass a background check.

Hourly Pay: Starting rate, $25.00 and up, DOE!

Benefits included: {Immediate} 1)Optional Health Ins offered, 60% employer premium match. {After 90 days employment} 1) Sick Pay leave may be taken (Five days total annually); 2) Optional 401-k offered, 3-4% employer match . {After 180 days employment} 1) Vacation Pay provided, one week's time-off with 40 hrs pay.
