Immediate Position for Market Sushi and some event sushi. Start working now.

 Be able to ensure proper set-up and stocking of stations with all necessary supplies.

 Preparing for service (e.g. vegetables, preparing fish, rice and sauces).

 Ensure that all product are maintained at the highest level of quality and consistency.

 Work with the team to portion prep work for other shifts.

 Monitor product freshness and rotate product for freshness.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Positive attitude, friendly.

 Must have minimum 1 year experience working behind a sushi bar.

 Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

 Familiar with industries best practices.

 Must be able to follow all safety, health and sanitation procedures.

 Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong communication and time management skills.

 Must have experience filleting fish.

 Must have open availability to work on different shifts, day/night, weekends, and holidays.
