Experienced Sushi Chef Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience who can take charge of all aspects of the sushi bar, including preparation and service for buffet-style sushi.

Position Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef.

Ability to independently handle all operations at the sushi bar.

Expertise in preparing high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls for buffet presentation.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and proper handling of raw fish.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present sushi for buffet service with attention to detail and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar area.

Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.

Work efficiently during peak service times to ensure customer satisfaction.
