Sweeper Driver - Graveyard - Commercial experience

City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Parking Lot Sweeper to join our expanding team in the Fresno area!

For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Operate street sweeper to sweep parking lots, including curb lines, asphalt entrances, sides, and rear areas of assigned properties.

Walk the property using a hand-held/backpack blower to clean storefront walkways and areas the sweeper vehicle is unable to reach.

Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.

Manually clean grass areas and planters/islands.

Clear debris from rights-of-ways.

Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License with a clean DMV record (3+ years) (Copy of MVR)

Familiarity with the use of a hand-held/backpack blower

Strong map reading skills

Mechanically inclined

Graveyard shift

Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-motivated

Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. unassisted

Work Remotely No

Thursday- Sunday

32 hours a week

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
