Sweeper / Maintenance

Daily Duties Include:

Empty wastepaper baskets in front offices and restrooms

Clean conference room table

Clean coffee pot/Prepare coffee for shop

Check and change towels as needed in shop washroom, coffee area, and office restrooms

Sweep shop floor

Empty trash cans in shop

Sweep parking lot area as needed

Mop shop office floor

Clean women’s restroom in shop

Clean men’s restroom in shop

As needed:

Miscellaneous landscaping, including weeding, watering, trimming hedges (requires use of power tools and ladder)

Changing of lamps (requires use of ladder)

Stack pallets in pallet area located in rear building parking lot

Miscellaneous maintenance as required (i.e. table set up, dispensing of supplies, etc.)
