Swing Shift Security

The Monterey Dunes Colony is seeking a swing-shift Security person.

4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Sunday-Wednesday

Part-Time with full-time benefits package.

Provide security and first reaction capability services to individual homes, and common area facilities within the confines of the Monterey Dunes Colony Association.

Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining a high visibility presence, providing customer assistance, answering routine inquiries, directing visitors to appropriate areas, common building security checks, random mounted and or foot patrols of common areas, buildings, and association parking lots.

Assess problem situations with homeowners and their guests and exercise tact, diplomacy, and judgment and bringing about a resolution.

Enforces the correction of infractions to Association rules through verbal warning and quick reaction notification to the appropriate authority.

Responsible for accurate daily security log reports.

$18-20 Hour DOE

Must have a valid CA Driver's License, good communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
