- Driver’s license required.
- Five or more years of experience working with both physical and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V) servers.
- Hands-on experience in Windows OS security hardening and security best practices
- Strong experience with VMware is preferred.
- Experience with VMware vCenter and vSp working with both physical and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V) servers.

- Hands-on experience with Data Protection solutions such as Veeam.
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Experience using ServiceNow is a plus.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent customer service, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perform day-to-day administration and operational functions of the data center server environment.
- Design, set up, configure and troubleshoot Windows servers and other peripheral components to support all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
- Maintain system updates.
- Administer user access and security permissions.
- Day-to-day monitoring of the server, storage and network environment.
- Documentation of Procedures and Networking of server environments (ensure that all network and server documentation is accurate and up to date).
- Document issue resolution using the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Submit Request for Change forms when needed. Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Install and configure hardware and software and load new applications as needed.
- Work with hardware break/fix vendor as needed.
- Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by the Customer, Project Manager and Team Lead.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
