You can also connect with me on LinkedIn at (linkedin/in/brendan-steele-177770101/).Responsibilities: Oversee the management and maintenance of IT systems and Cloud SaaS applications Conduct thorough analysis of system logs to identify potential issues Integrate new technologies into the existing system infrastructure Carry out routine audits of systems and software to ensure optimal performance Implement operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes as necessary Install and configure new hardware and software to meet organizational needs Lead the creation of training materials and conduct security awareness trainings for end users Manage user account information, including adding, removing, or updating details and resetting passwords Uphold responsibility for system security to protect against potential threats Document the configuration of the systems for reference and troubleshooting purposes Tune system performance for optimal functioning and user experience Provide technical assistance by answering queries and troubleshooting reported problems.Requirements
