Job Description:Key Qualifications:• 0-2 years as data scientist, data engineer or analyst. BatteryEngineering experience desired. Working knowledge andexperience with big data.• Strong working knowledge of Python, Unix tools, Perl, Githuband Tableau. Basic knowledge of SQL databases, TCP/IPcommands, Minitab, JMP and in bash/Perl environment.• Candidate must have solid competency in statistics and theability to provide value-added analysis.• Self-starter with entrepreneurial experience and ability tointeract with other functions in matrix environment. Provencreativity to go beyond current tools to deliver best solution tothe problem. Familiarity with database modeling and datawarehousing principles.• Experience in designing and building data models to improveaccessibility, efficiency, and quality of data. Improve ETLefficiency• Experience building scalable data pipelines using Spark,Hadoop, etc. preferred• Desirable for experience with client OS, such as iOS, MacOS,etc.Job Description:• Write Python programs to implement Machine Learningfunctions and maintain revision in Github. Utilize advancedtechnologies, for modeling enhancements• Build a high-quality BI and Data Warehousing framework,implementing and operating data pipelines with anunderstanding of ML lifecycles• Understand end to end nature of client DB to organize propersample size, proper key pull and minimize SQA issues withmaximum efficiency• Drive development of data products in collaboration with datascientists and analysts. Automate reporting where possible tomake team more efficient• Be able to analyze factory, user, and failure data and useengineering understanding mechanisms to resolve batteryproblems.• Work with diverse teams including data scientists, engineers,product managers and executives;• Deliver high quality analytic insights from a very datawarehouse• Provide ad-hoc reporting as necessary (sometimes urgentescalation)• Develop test scripts for various client devices.• Maintain continuous operation of hundreds of client devices inlabs.• Write programs for data filtering, organization, reporting. Writeprograms for uploading to and maintaining data in SQLdatabase.
