SUMMARY As the Sales Coordinator to the Systems department you will provide the overall administrative and basic accounting support to the department. The position is essential in ensuring accuracy of the clerical functions within the department that impact customer invoices, purchase orders, reporting and sales commissions. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs and at managements discretion.
Manage the full cycle of orders received within the department to include reviewing for accuracy and completion of the required information, basic accounting and submitting to the accounting department for processing
Correspond with clients to obtain credit authorizations, send/receive invoices, provide order status, arrange payments, and other correspondence as required
Provide accurate reporting to project managers, account managers and upper level management to include current orders as allocated to each account manager, sales volume, costs and open order status.
Work in partnership with Vendors to ensure Certificates of Insurance are up to date, and completion of new vendor forms
Manage bill of ladings, manual invoices, check requests and other administrative duties based on business needs such as general filing, receptionist duties, etc.
QualificationsEducation/Additional Requirements :
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with customers, vendors and peers professionally
Must be proficient with MSWord, Excel, Outlook and other internal applications
Advanced organizational skills; ability to multitask
