Provide service for servers, load-balancers, and data storage across a variety of places

Enhance large-scale distributed systems by advising on and building new designs, architectures, standards and methods

Aid in planning service capacity, forecasting demand, evaluating software performance, and tuning systems

Requirements

Job Scope / Qualifications:

Systems and Network Administration Experience

Ensure all Backups are Running (Veeam Backups)

Network Performance Monitoring/Upkeep

PowerShell Experience

Network Infrastructure (Cisco and Juniper Shop – moving towards mainly Juniper) – Juniper experience is preferred

No Access to Firewalls and Routers – just Switches / Wireless Access Points supported onsite

5+ Years of IT Experience

Strong Troubleshooting Skills (Handle Issues Autonomously)

Dell / Windows Servers (all Servers are Virtual)

vSphere Environment (Experience with Virtualization is ideal)

500+ Employees

Cherwell (Ticketing)

Project: Upgrading Host Firmware (Moving VMs to Datacenter)

Project: Switch Upgrades (20 Onsite Switches that need to be setup)

Project: Work with Cabling Vendors to run new Cables in the Office
