Required Skill Sets/Qualifications Certification:

Experience and Skills:

Minimum five years of experience with VMWare and NetApp of medium to large storage (150TB +);
Experience in supporting Oracle VM, Linux OS and Windows platform;
Experience supporting and managing Microsoft Products: Office 365, MFA, Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange (2016, 2019, Online), Microsoft Data Protection Manager, Operation Manager, Microsoft Distributed File System (Client) Management and PowerShell script
Experience in Barracuda email security/archive, Manage Engine, Brocade SAN switch, Ivanti
Knowledge of IT security best practices;
Technical skills are required to solve problems;
Work effectively independent or with a cross-functional team, multi-tasking, and effective time management;
Proficient in creating, authoring, editing, presenting documents, providing trainings and supporting to end-users;
Ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technical audience;
Strong interpersonal, task management, and technical skills;
Communicate with business and technical leads clearly, persuasively, and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Good time management and organizational skills;

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Configure, maintain, and administer virtual and physical servers, including patching, upgrading, migrating, creating jobs, and setting security;
Configure, maintain, and administer NetApp cluster including assisting with capacity planning to ensure continuous performance expectations are met;
Configure, maintain, and administer Microsoft products including Office 365 in hybrid environment including Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, Client, Data Protection Manager, Operation Manager, DNS, DHCP;
Configure, maintain, and administer Barracuda email security and archive;
Configure, maintain, and administer Brocade SAN switch;
Configure, maintain, and administer Disaster Recovery Site;
Install software, and hardware as well as provide user support;
Provide infrastructure support and coordination to various IT system upgrade projects and Teams;
Perform other infrastructure related tasks.
