Tableau CRM Analyst (Product Owner)

We are looking for a Tableau CRM product owner to implement the tool and work with various business teams to architect data models to power data insights for sales, marketing, operations, finance, and strategy. This position requires a highly driven self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who will take ownership of projects to deliver value to key business stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, strategy and maintenance of Tableau CRM application
• Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Tableau CRM platform
• Develop data flows, data sets, lenses and dashboards
• Responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Tableau CRM application
• Work with the Data Science team to build integrations and develop dashboards based on Snowflake data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure enhancements and projects are prioritized and executed as scheduled
• Train end users to build dashboards
• Work with SFDC development and other technical teams to understand the data architecture and build data models as per business requirements.
• Stay ahead of all the new Tableau CRM and SFDC features.

• Must have experience in the Salesforce environment and Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics).
• Must have working knowledge about transactional and data warehouse systems. Experience managing large data sets, relationship database concepts such as SQL and data modeling
• 5+ years of experience in Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) both architecting and implementing solutions
• 5+ years of experience with Visualforce, APEX, and SOQL/SOSL/SAQL
• Experience with Salesforce Tableau CRM Dashboard/Reporting Capabilities and UX design
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent knowledge of the architectural principles of cloud based platforms including SaaS, PaaS
• Data Model, SAQL Security, JSON, Story Creation, Permission Sets Changesets / Deployment / Release Management
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Comfortable working with highly customized Salesforce environments, with complex data models and integrations with other systems
