Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Biopharma Sourcer to assist in developing our sourcing programs and deliver exceptional talent across our various departments. This role will work with Senior Recruiters and internal stakeholders in developing strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Promoting the company image, attending career fairs and community outreach to support our DE&I initiatives while supporting a fast-growing company!

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop hiring and sourcing strategies Building pipelines of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs Train and mentor sourcing specialists on state-of-the-art recruiting methodologies Prepares metrics to allow the recruiters and hiring managers to come to data driven decisions for recruiting Attend req qualification kick-offs with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers Provide market research on hiring within the biopharma industry Track and report on sourcing activity Responsible for candidate outreach and qualification Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn recruiter, social media, professional associations, internal ATS, Boolean searches) Collaborates with the Recruiting Coordinator teams and scheduling and logistics Implement and support outreach initiatives and campaigns to potential candidates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and eleven years of related experience; or, AA degree in related discipline and nine years of related experience; or, BS/BA degree in related discipline and seven years of related experience; or, MS/MA degree in related discipline and five year of related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Experience working in recruitment agency or in-house biotechnology or pharmaceutical company is required. Experience with Recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms

Knowledge/Skills: Organizes and prioritizes numerous tasks and completes them under time constraints. Frequently applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Applies strong analytical and business communication skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Environment: primarily working indoors within an office setting
