Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist to help support our Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team. This role will focus on the systems and tools that keep the Global Talent Acquisition team running.Provide day-to-day system admin support for SmartRecruiters, our applicant tracking systemAssist with conducting system testingAssist with resolution of system issuesFacilitate training and system demosCoordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Procurement, etc.)Participate on project teams as assignedIdeate on creative solutions for challenges and identify improvement opportunities, both regionally and globally
