Job Summary

In conjunction with the chef de cuisine and sous chef(s), properly execute all aspects of food production, dish preparation, service of all food-related items & maintenance of product, and execute all necessary cleaning and kitchen organizational tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Take pride in your workspace by ensuring a pristine prep area and helping maintain the cleanliness of the walk-ins and storage spaces

Prepare recipes promptly, ensuring consistency and quality

Perform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift

Willingness to assist where needed throughout the kitchen
