Description We are on the lookout for a Tax Preparer to be a part of our team. As a Tax Preparer, your primary function will be to handle tax-related tasks, manage bookkeeping activities, and utilize various software such as Quickbooks Online, Sage 50, and Microsoft. This role is based in Mission Viejo, California, 92675, United States and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Prepare and submit tax returns for clients efficiently Handle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy of financial records Utilize Quickbooks Online for managing and tracking financial transactions Use Sage 50 software to support accounting functions Leverage Microsoft tools for creating reports and presentations Provide assistance to clients for tax-related queries Monitor and update client accounts with the latest tax-related information Ensure compliance with tax regulations and standards. Requirements Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary. Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is expected. Experience with Sage 50 accounting software is a must. Proven experience in tax preparation is essential.
