Applied Behavioral Learning Group is dedicated to providing high-quality in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism since 2003. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Interventionists to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one in-home therapy to children with autism based on individualized treatment plans.

Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Track progress, collect data, and document session notes accurately.

Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective intervention.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Coursework in mental health, autism, psychology, social work, education, or related fields is a plus.

Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients’ homes.
