Tech Program Manager

Location : Sylmar, CA and St Paul, MN ( Day 1 onsite) Mandatory Skills Technical / Soft Skills Expertise Level (Expert / Good / Knowledge) Remarks New product development experience in medical domain Expert N/A embedded development process, Verification, and deployment Expert N/A medical devices standards such as ISO13485 (MQMS), ISO14971(Risk Management), IEC60601(Electrical Safety Standard), IEC 62304 (SDLC) Expert N/A Team Handling ( Offshore -Onsite) Expert N/A Description:

• Minimum 10 years of Experience in SW Development Lifecyle in New product development for Medical device domain of which minimum 4 yrs of team handling experience.
• Good appreciation towards embedded development process, Verification and deployment experience is desired.
• Must be well versed with latest emerging technologies in Software domain that includes Cloud, DevOps, Mobile etc
• Very good communication skills with customer front end experience.
• Expertise in understanding 13485 process and SW development or Verification experience based on IEC62304
• Must be have good experience handling cross functional teams, onsite-offshore model
• Should have handled around 30-50 member team on onsite-offshore model.
• Ability to lead R&D team (onsite & offshore) and exhibit leadership qualities to own and drive the programs
• Strong negotiation and decision making skills
• Experience with regulatory submission will be an added plus
