The Product Manager’s role is to inspire, lead and continue to build excellent products and features within the line of business. The successful candidate will collaborate intensely with dedicated engineering teams to deliver high-quality and high-impact products for both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated talent for inspiring and leading high performing teams, a talent for creating and communicating a product vision and the judgement to prioritize and implement that vision with urgency. In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of technical product solutions and partner closely with engineering, architecture, and executive leadership to drive value. What you’ll do as a Technical Product Manger:Collaborate with Business Technology Partner teams to define product vision and strategy, identify market opportunities, and build business casesUnderstand user/business requirements and collaborate and execute with engineers and business owners to deliver on them.Work with Key business stakeholders to create System Requirement Document which translates business requirements into system interface details.Lead the end-end design discussions with enterprise data, front-end and core systems teams to define product architecture and system integrations.Practice and reinforce conventions that align with product management industry best practices within customer’s line of businessMove forward a product mindset at the bank.Identify and measure KPIs that show progress against workstream initiatives, communicating progress broadly and often. What skills you will use:At least three to five years of outstanding product leadership experience in an Enterprise product environment.Prior experience working with technologies for API and have experience with technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), REST (JSON), SOAP (XML), SQL (JDBC, ODBC, ADO), HTTP and microservices.Familiarity with industry API tooling such as Postman, AppDynamics, Mulesoft, Apigee etc.At least three to five years’ experience running projects using an Agile project methodology and developing high performing cross-functional teams.Experience working with Atlassian tools: Jira, Jenkins, Confluence, BitBucket, etc.Own the communication and cross-functional relationships with various product, business, technology teams and management.Superior problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate innovative and effective actions plans to resolve issuesExcellent written/verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate to internal customers, vendors, business and technical stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to influence and listen to others. Comfortable communicating with executive leadership.Practical knowledge and real-world experience building secure applications a plus but not required—e.g. SSAE 18 SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.Technical development experience extremely valuable but not required.PMP, Product Owner, or Scrum Master certification helpful but not required.BS/BA required. MBA preferred.
