- Develops, defines, maintains and communicates the product strategy, roadmap and release plans

- Understands and communicates relative pros and cons of various product offerings
- Measures Customer Satisfaction: defines and measure the success of changes made to the Product.
- Creates appropriate action plans to address when success measures are not met. Conducts regular feedback sessions to gain valuable customer feedback on the product being developed.
