Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Manage key reports,includestracking weekly headcount, travelandengineering metrics and buildingdashboards to update the management team
  • Develop presentations andcommunicateseffectively todeliverstrategy, vision, business cases, work efforts, business outcomes and measurementsbeingconcisewith high level of engagement
  • Contribute to key global employee communications channels (intranet, ESNs- employee social networkslikeslack etc., videos, email, etc.)
  • Manage master content calendar, ensuring cohesive narrative across channels and platforms
  • Work withEngineeringManagersto translate technical topics into easy to understandand relevant language and publish blogs on a regular cadence
  • Developstrategy, detailed organizational planning and logistical execution of all major events for the group (all hands, QBR, offsites,etc.)
  • Onboarding newhires.Planfor new employees and ensure a successful, productive day 1orientationexperience. Includes office space, equipment requests, meeting schedule, preparing work area and being admin point of contact for new employee.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 3-4years' experiencein a Program Manager role with experience resulting in measurable results. Experience working with external clients and/or partners.
  • Cross Functional Leader with the ability to lead meetings with external partners to discuss program details.
  • Goal oriented with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate with other team members
  • Excellentverbal and writtencommunicator.Passionate, hard-working, self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Problem-solving, strong attention to detail, resourcefulness and ability to learn quickly
  • Comfortable juggling multiple taskswithability to prioritize responsibilitieswithgoodtime management
  • Strongwillingness to help and support, comfortable working with limited direction andopen to deal withambiguity
  • Proactivity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills andcan-do approacheven in stressful situations
  • Willingness to follow through and do what it takes to get the job done

Required in Office

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

Flexible

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office,including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to workwithin their state, province, region, or country of employment.
