Technical Program Manager

• Minimum 5 years of growing project management experience Demonstrable organization and project management skills.• 6-10 years’ experience leading creative and technical interactive teams, and producing digital projects at an advertising agency, web development studio, or client (or comparable professional experience)• Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques.• Experience leading enterprise development projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.• Strong communication, written and presentation skills.• A positive can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure with multiple teams and deadlines.• Ability to be in the details, as well as distill and filter the right information for the right audience.• Solid technical background, with a sound understanding of Java development and related technologies.• Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenarios, projects and resources - adapting accordingly and positively.• Comfortable working with remote teams located in different time zones.• Experience managing the development of complex web applications for design-focused organizations Knowledge of user-interaction design and passionate attention to detail in visual design Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage teams and clients/partners, and creatively solve problems • Consistent track record of building strong client relationships Self-starter with the ability to work independently Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS) Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal skills Flexibility in managing requirements in fast-paced and changing environments Expertise managing direct-marketing (email) campaigns • Experience using relevant project/process management tools— campaign management, bug tracking Demonstrated success in a leadership role Strong background in managing software projects Effective presentation and communication skills with various audiences and levels.Type: Contract 12 Months +Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid Schedule)Mario Ruiz408.550.2800 x105
