Location: Mountain View, CA Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager II

Role Title: Compliance Program Manager

Duration: June 5th to September 8th

Work Location: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Normal PST hours M-F (8:30 am - 5 pm PST)

Project Overview: The Digital Services Act (DSA) goes into effect on August 25, 2023. The DSA is the largest incoming regulation to date and is content focused, meaning that YT is driving many of the compliance decisions xGoogle.

Overall Responsibilities: The TVC is responsible for facilitating weekly working group meetings to drive DSA workstreams to completion ahead of the 8/25/23 deadline. The TVC will also develop xYT communications such as: bi-weekly newsletters, Executive Dashboards, and status tracking and managing.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Facilitate weekly working group meetings for YPP / Yellow Icon and Explainability, including taking notes and capturing AIs in weekly working group meetings

• Drive YPP / Yellow Icon and Explainability workstreams from Stage 4 Stage 5

• Develop monthly Executive Dashboard, coordinating with Leads across YT to gather statuses, risks, and OKR mapping

• Track Executive Dashboard review cycles & sign-offs

• Facilitate weekly PgM forum, including status tracking and managing within the DSA Tracker

• Work with Oon the DSA Audit Program through DSA documentation collection and cataloging across the Program

• Work with Product teams to develop Product Roadmap decks for OpCo / SteerCo for workstreams running past July / August enforcement deadline

• Work with Product teams to review and prep ahead of OpCo and SteerCo, capturing notes after OpCo and supporting teams to incorporate changes ahead of SteerCo

• Coordinate with ABPs for OpCo and SteerCo attendees, adding and removing as needed

• Maintaining the OpCo / SteerCo calendars weekly, adjusting topics based on prioritization and adjusting meeting days /times if / as needed

• Conduct Policy reviews and identify areas requiring DSA specific updates alongside Legal and Policy teams

• Develop bi-weekly DSA status newsletter alongside Claims (CoP) and O

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Program Management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, executive presence, ability to navigate ambiguity, excellent stakeholder management, compliance / privacy familiarity Education: Bachelor's degree is required. 5+ years in Program Management. Tech industry preferred Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google suite (e.g., Google Slides, Google Sheets) Certification or license: PMP preferred but not required
