    Job Description What you’ll do
    • Proactively engage with the Product teams and key stakeholders to understand the ask and context
    • Own the program lifecycle: drive scope/timeline discussion; drive milestones and deliverables across various workstreams; track, identify, and proactively manage program dependencies, risks and issues to ensure successful project implementation and rollout
    • Be an agile coach and mentor: facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, participate in agile ceremonies as needed, ensure execution in alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices, and act as a trusted adviser to support and increase the team’s efficiency and productivity and ensure the right features are designed and delivered on time with the highest quality
    • Optimize service governance including SharePoint site and JIRA
    • Prepare and deliver program dashboards, status reports, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) checkpoint artifacts, along with all program level communications to provide project clarity and transparency to various levels in the organization

    What you need to succeed
    • Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in software, SaaS and/or related industry
    • Experience managing Customer Experience projects in an environment that leverages web, phone, and messaging/chat platforms on the back end
    • Experience influencing product teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule and to expectations
    • Ability to align efforts of disparate groups, including remote/geographically dispersed team members, to achieve a common goal
    • Proven ability to provide structure and necessary process without compromising speed of delivery
    • Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor the approach for project success: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and hybrid
    • Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns.
    • Demonstrate a strong bias towards action
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
    • Experience with JIRA, SharePoint and MS Office suite

    Education
    • Bachelors or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent preferred
    • Certification a plus: CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP.
