- Seasoned experience in managing large enterprise level cross functional programs

- Own the program lifecycle: drive scope/timeline discussion; drive milestones and deliverables across various workstreams; track, identify, and proactively manage program dependencies, risks and issues to ensure successful project implementation and rollout
- Be an agile coach and mentor: facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, participate in agile ceremonies as needed, ensure execution in alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices, and act as a trusted adviser to support and increase the team’s efficiency and productivity and ensure the right features are designed and delivered on time with the highest quality
- Optimize service governance including SharePoint site and JIRA
- Prepare and deliver program dashboards, status reports, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) checkpoint artifacts, along with all program level communications to provide project clarity and transparency to various levels in the organization
- Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in software, SaaS and/or related industry
- Experience managing Customer Experience projects in an environment that leverages web, phone, and messaging/chat platforms on the back end
- Experience influencing product teams and driving them via their development cycle to deliver on schedule and to expectations
- Ability to align efforts of disparate groups, including remote/geographically dispersed team members, to achieve a common goal
- Proven ability to provide structure and necessary process without compromising speed of delivery
- Experience using various project delivery methodologies with the ability to tailor the approach for project success: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and hybrid
- Self-motivated and not afraid to tackle unknowns.

- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
- Experience with JIRA, SharePoint and MS Office suite
- Bachelors or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Certification a plus: CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP.
