Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager/Program Manager to support our business operations team, acting as servant leader to the DATA organization for our TOP global entertainment client. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration, technical understanding, and experience managing enterprise process roll outs and improvements.Candidates must be able to work for any organization in the US without sponsorship. • Partners with the analytics and engineering teams to examine current processes and looks for ways to improve metric goals, performance, and efficiency where applicable.
• Liaison with the delivery teams to ensure proper processes and metric goals align with the expectations and training with these teams
• Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality and reliability
• Create recommendation plans for departments to enhance process through automation and redesign
• Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement to our engineering and operations experience
• Leads development of current processes documentation and define enhancements for scale and efficiency while working across organizations for alignment

• 2-4 years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master for a technology team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Background in Data Analytics, or history of working within an Analytics team preferred
• Successful management of cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement, and implementation on a national scope
• Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer focus
• Tactful communication (written and presentation) style; need to have the ability to create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of internal/external clients, as well as frontline to executive levels
• Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
• Strong PM who's managed enterprise process roll outs
