Technical Project ManagerBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to work Remotely. Role: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Remote Expected Duration: Contract to Hire Position SummaryThe Marketing Data Engineering & Analytics Technical Project Manager (TPM) oversees and provides technical project management and planning for new and existing initiatives within the Tableau Marketing Data Engineering and Data Science team. This team is responsible for building and operating our cloud-based Marketing data platform that enables self-service analytics. The TPM will drive project management as the technical subject matter expert and will be responsible for not only resource planning but also assist in scoping and maintaining technical requirements for the team. The role will collaborate with other Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts and our internal marketing customers to scope and define implementation plans that meet business requirements. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnelAnalyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projectsAssign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestonesHold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projectsDetermine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiativesUpdate and own technical documentation regarding production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and use Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Demonstrated experience and history in a technical capacityDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methodsKnowledge of the SFDC and CI/CD deployment cycleExperience with Asana, GSuite, and QuipExperience with Tableau is a nice to haveExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityExperience with CI/CD pipelines is handy but not requiredAWS Certifications on either a Developer or Architect is preferred but not requiredInterested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 180070 when responding to this ad.
