Your team will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful, scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with Engineering leadership and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions, oversee Salesforce release management, testing, and quality assurance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues and support tickets. A key aspect of your role will be applying your deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and platform engineering while mentoring and guiding team members to foster their professional growth and development.What you'll be doing

You might also have
Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a Salesforce environment
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and development methodologies (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, etc.)
Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English
Strong process and result orientation with a high sense of accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and/or experience with Zuora, Salesforce (SFDC), and Integration Platforms
Familiarity with automation processes
Experience in test and QA methodologies
