We are seeking someone who can provide excellent help desk support in an environment with 2500+ internal clients located at 20+ locations throughout the US. This role will be working with a team of IT people who operate out of our corporate office in Solana Beach, CA.  This role will be supporting a large variety of technologies that will create many unique experiences from day to day.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESTier 2-3 Help Desk support for internal customers in a Microsoft-based environmentPerform systems installation, operation, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal information technology systems operations. Thoroughly document all cases submitted for support using Zendesk.Proficiency in use of remote software to assist end usersConfiguration of user accountsMonitor Zendesk queues and escalate issues appropriatelyMaintain professionalism when consulting with Technical Services Manager and Senior StaffShare in after-hours support rotationTravel to branch office locations to perform essential duties
