Technical Solutions Manager

Looking for an experienced and self-motivated tech savvy Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience with solid understanding of domain. Proven track record of building technical solutions, preforming Gap analysis for customer facing Applicaitons, analyze complex business problems using data driven approach, document the proposal into Keynote, functional flow diagrams, data flow diagram, sequence diagrams. Ability to understand requirements and help translate those into engineering specs for the team. An Ideal candidate is one who can - Work with lead software engineers and propose technical solution, understand key implementations and figure out pros / cons of approach. Understand CRM domain or related domains. Use variety of data analysis or Webservice testing tools, communicate concepts through sketches, wireframes or prototypes, Leverage QA Automation frameworks and mock interfaces to find gaps Work in cross-functional projects (with more than 5 teams involved) Develop product roadmaps and identifying new use cases to explore. Work with a global team across different time zones Pay Range: $75-100/hr. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
