Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Title: Technical Solutions Specialist III
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment)- Develop a user feedback strategy for both Big Moments and Sustainability. Maintain a pulse on user feedback, and find opportunities to provide meaningful feedback to product teams to improve the user experience.
- Identify and drive recommendations to drive operational improvements. This includes scaling and optimizing support within the product area, leading cross-functional teams to execute against recommended plans.
- Engage and partner with PM / Eng to drive adoption on programs - create strong trusted advisor relationships with entire working group
- Education: Degree and field- Total years' experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility (ex. 4+ years' experience as a Database Developer specifically in implementing ETL packages): Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role (ex. 3+ years' experience writing SQL code).
- Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
