Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Title: Technical Solutions Specialist III

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

  • Develop a user feedback strategy for both Big Moments and Sustainability. Maintain a pulse on user feedback, and find opportunities to provide meaningful feedback to product teams to improve the user experience.
  • Identify and drive recommendations to drive operational improvements. This includes scaling and optimizing support within the product area, leading cross-functional teams to execute against recommended plans.
  • Engage and partner with PM / Eng to drive adoption on programs - create strong trusted advisor relationships with entire working group

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
  • Education: Degree and field- Total years' experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility (ex. 4+ years' experience as a Database Developer specifically in implementing ETL packages): Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role (ex. 3+ years' experience writing SQL code).
  • Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
  • Web Technologies, Python, HTML, App Script, JavaScript, Project Management

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role) Leadership, Stakeholder Management
