Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volumePartner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualificationsCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teamsStay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends
