You will be providing Technical support to external clients with their Sales Engagement Platform.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Sacramento / 100% remote

Type: direct hire

Salary: $60-70k

2+ years of direct client support experience
Software Troubleshooting skills, Debugging and Analyzing application logs
Familiarity with SIP/VoIP
Experience working with a Ticketing support system.
Familiarity with CRMs a plus
