Role : Technical Writer with UX Location : woodland Hills,CA Looking for a Technical Writer with UX with 9+ Years of Experience. Mandatory Skills :

• Collaborates with business development, research and prototyping, and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions
• Participate in UX and Design Team and key stakeholders to develop a research approach and schedule
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate business problems into effective digital experiences that help customers.
• Participate in concept and usability testing, gather feedback to come up with creative ways to solve UX problems.
• Working with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, solve their problems elegantly, and advocate industry best practices for user centric design (UCD)
• Assists in synthesizing findings to inform a better understanding of customers, give insight into business value, and identify potential usability issues and design opportunities
• Assists in converting research findings into actionable results
• Assists in designing UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience
• Participate in independent user research
• Understand customers Product roadmap
• Assist in creating the design guidelines and follows the customer brand-book
• Assist in setting up processes and standards
• Conducts study of competitive products after analyzing the business objectives, user needs, and brand direction. Assist in collecting the related data by interviewing users and lead creating a user requirements analysis document
• Work closely with other team members including Business Owners, Product/Delivery Managers, UX Designers and Development Teams to bring the designs to life
• Work closely with customers, conducting user studies and research, documenting user stories and requirements while crafting UX engagements that exceed customer's expectations
• Assist in maintaining a reusable repository of design artefacts that helps in rapid prototyping Typical performance measures:

• Knowledge of Storyboarding, Sketching, Wireframing, Navigation design, Sitemaps, User journeys, Content Requirements, Ideation workshop facilitation, Solution design session facilitation, Interactive prototyping

• Work alongside technical and subject matter experts to understand complex technical content so that it can be clearly articulated and communicated to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop marketing collateral on technical projects and programs involving cloud migrations, APIs, platform systems, data architecture, enterprise software implementations, network security, technical operations, and emerging technologies (machine learning, AI, etc.)
• Ability to pair strategic technical thinking with business awareness, and present to C-level executives
• Ability to translate metrics and OKRs into a story of business value that non-technical people can understand
• Develop highly polished executive presentations for conferences and other high visibility speaking engagements
• Assist in developing and executing branding and internal communication priorities, roadmap, and assets
• The ideal candidate should have experience in technical writing, executive-level presentation design using Adobe Creative Suite, UX design, data and concept visualizion, and technical branding, marketing, and communications. Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
