Telecom Analyst

Description: Telecom Analyst/Coordinator with some project management skill. He/She will be taking on responsible to manage telecom circuit full lifecycle.

• Knowledge of the basic telecommunication technologies, such as WAVE,MPLS, DIA, SIP, EVPL
• Basic knowledge of the cabling infrastructure, CAT6, RJ45, Single mode Fiber Optics, Multimode fiber optic
• Familiarity with network hardware Juniper and cisco switches
• Full understanding of circuit provisioning from order, implementation, operation, and billing processes
• Basic understanding of project management
• Basic understanding of Change management cycle
• Take ownership and drive the team to a completion
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several on-going projects.
• Skilled communicator, including face-to-face, written, and verbal.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making.

• Review/Update/Manage Cross-Connect for datacenter across the global locations
• Maintain accuracy of the circuit inventory database
• Manage full aspect of circuits from submitting the order till request circuit disconnection
• Coordinate all parties to complete the network circuit stand up and tear down to meet the target date with no downtime during the cutover
• Lead the meeting with vendors to resolve operation activities
• Lead the meeting with TEM to resolve the billing activities
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders
• Work with financial team to ensure the financial budget
