Temporary Legal Secretary

Whitemore James Black is presently assisting the boutique San Francisco office of a national law firm on their search for a Temporary Legal Secretary to join their firm as soon as possible. Our client has a sophisticated litigation and regulatory practice, and they are seeking a mid or senior level secretary to assist with an increase in workflow.

The role is initially anticipated to last about 6 weeks, but may be extended depending on the needs of the office. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The work is in-office but Fridays are remote.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation secretary experience. Comfort with drafting/proofing/editing documents as well as e-Filing is essential for this role.
