We are looking for a full time Leasing Coordinator to work in our local Property Management Company.

Coordinator will be working with our great tenants, vendors and clients. Entry level position.

Answering phones

Greeting incoming customers

Mail

Filing

Maintaining files

Showing properties

Processing/screening applications

Property inspections

Minimum Requirements:

Valid drivers license A must

Dependable vehicle with current insurance A must

Preferred some basic computer skills in MS office and Excel

Compensation:

DOE up to 20.00 to start with 90 day probation period and annual reviews for increases.
