Tessitura Administrator: tech support/admin for Tessitura ticketing/scanning, membership, marketing, CRM, fundraising + reporting; SQL preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance (care and feeding), enhancements, and upgrading of our Tessitura CRM system and database.
  • Learn our business here at the Center so that can be effective in understanding how we use Tessitura for ticketing (sales / scanning), fundraising, patron/guest management, marketing, CRM, etc.
  • Support the creation/adjustment of custom Tessitura reports for the various departments such as development, marketing, and finance.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years experience using Tessitura (using minimum version 15.x), in an admin-type support role (within the IT department) including maintenance, enhancements, & upgrades
    • Experience should include as many of the following as possible:
      • Tessitura fundraising
      • Tessitura ticketing & admissions (sales)
      • Tessitura ticket scanning & access control
      • Tessitura CRM
      • Tessitura Marketing
      • Tessitura Membership
      • Tessitura reporting
  • SQL experience is helpful (SQL queries, backend troubleshooting, etc.)
  • SSRS experience is a plus (however, any reporting tool / platform experience would be a great substitute)
  • Prefer candidate that has worked in a Performing Arts Center or Museum organization.
