Description We are seeking a Test Center Administrator to join our team in Bakersfield, California. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of various credentialing or certification tests, ensuring test integrity, and providing assistance to examinees. This position is within the education industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the administration of web-based tests such as CPAs, LSATs, and other credentialing or certification examinations Operate the greeter station, assisting in checking IDs and ensuring a smooth check-in process for test takers Conduct regular security checks within the testing site, ensuring that no prohibited materials are present during testing Monitor the testing room regularly to maintain integrity and prevent cheating Perform light clerical duties as required, including responding to emails and managing testing schedules Utilize specific computer apps and systems to start and stop tests as necessary Maintain a high level of mobility to ensure efficient monitoring of the testing site Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or inquiries from test takers Ensure adherence to testing protocols and regulations at all times Utilize various computer programs and CRM systems to maintain accurate records of testing activities. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services is mandatory Demonstrable experience with Banner Ads and various Computer Programs Familiarity with CRM and About Time software is beneficial Proven ability to handle tasks such as Answering Inbound Calls and Billing Functions Clerical Duties should be performed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary Candidates should have a professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
