Location: San Jose, CA, Remote with PST time is an option

Length: 6 Months

Process: 2 Rounds, 1 Hour Each. One with hiring manager first, then one with 1-2 team members

Start Date: December/January 3rd, 2022

Product: Large Test Equipment that can electrically test an integrated circuits, programmable power supply that has digital cards that track timing, etc.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities, additional info you want ks to know:

Bench level testing
List up the major functional blocks/data structures/data flow diagrams/user input placement and interactions

Necessary/Must-have Skills:

Experience writing software specifications
Ability to listen to concepts from HW engineers and can scribe what they’re discussing (wireforms/wireframes) where this concept is suitable for its intended purposes (to be used as a factory tool), etc.
Define top-level data, data structures – something good enough where an outside software organization and scan come back for a detailed spec to start building it.
Knows what a test spec is
Electronics knowledge
Read/interpret Schematics

LabVIEW Programming

Nice to have/Pluses:

Create/Write Test Cases based on SW Specs, create regression tests to validate that the software works. Unit Testing and integration of this SW Spec and the Hardware
Understanding of test sequence/test parameters
