Job Title: Test OperatorJob DescriptionPerform Box-Build Assembly, Testing, and Packaging on electronic products following instructions. Be flexible with arrangements made by the supervisor for cross-functional jobs. Basic skills in mechanical operation and knowledge of electronic manufacturing are required. The role involves lifting up to 30lbs and standing 95% of the time. A willingness to learn quickly and basic knowledge of computer operation, electronic components, and ESD handling are essential.Responsibilities

Perform Box-Build Assembly, Testing, and Packaging on electronic products by instruction.

Be flexible with arrangements by the supervisor for cross-functional jobs.

Utilize basic mechanical operation skills and knowledge of electronic manufacturing.

Lift up to 30lbs and stand 95% of the time.

Demonstrate willingness to learn quickly.

Apply basic knowledge of computer operation, electronic components, and ESD handling.

Essential Skills

Good communication skills.

Understanding of basic electronics assembly.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to read and understand MPI and drawings.

Proficiency in reading and writing in English.

Ability to identify component names, values, and orientations.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment preferable.
