TMS System Analyst - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Job Description

• Provide translation and localization for internal and external teams
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
• Collaborate with internalteams to implement and maintain appropriate project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.
• Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.
• Aid in preparation of business materials and participate in client meetings.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users.
• All business requirements need to be written both a business language and the technical language.
