Job description

Smitty’s Towing is accepting applications for an overnight Dispatch Administrative Coordinator.

Position available in our Goleta location, 5755 Thornwood Drive, Goleta, CA or our Buellton location, 35 Easy St, Buellton, CA. Training will be held at our Goleta location.

Essential duties:

Schedule and dispatch drivers in an efficient manner to achieve on-time performance and productivity

Take calls from customers, law enforcement, and insurance companies for towing services

Act as a liaison between Smitty’s drivers and dispatch office

Collect payments and verify invoices

Promote and provide quality service to our customers and staff

Qualified candidates must:

Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment

Pass AAA and live scan background check

Have the ability to work in fast paced/diverse environment

Have basic writing and math skills necessary for paperwork

Pay D.O.E.

$19 per hour - training wage

$20 per hour - after training
