Title: Program Manager Location: Charlotte NC Contract Position Summary The Business Readiness and Capability Lead will execute on enterprise capability ideation, strategic planning, feature delivery, Governance and day to day oversight of the Change readiness, adoption and deployment plans. They will serve as the integration point between customers, business and technology. They should be an independent performer who is a self starter and can partner in a diverse cross functional team providing critical thought leadership. Key Responsibilities and Duties- Leadership: Provides cross-functional leadership that bridges interaction between the customer, business and IT inncluding but not limited to: Compliance,Legal, UAT. Ideation & Vision: Drives, documents, communicates the vision, strategy, feature set for the capability and the business readiness, adoption and deployment plans. Competitive Analysis: Drives awareness of current market state and indentify weakness and gaps. Voice of the Customer: Defines capability features based on customer need and business value. Gather customer feedback and incorporate into overall business readiness strategy and roadmap. Capability planning & Strategy: Assists in the development of capability roadmap that prioritizes the backlog and new features, which will integrate with overall enterprise roadmap. Sales & Marketing: promotes, identifies new markets, socializes capability roadmap and business readiness strategy. Capability Lifecycle: Leads and develops product evaluations and capability investment strategy. Capabiltiy Reporting & Finance: Helps define capability performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders and sponsors Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree and/or combination of 10+ years equivalent experience required 5+ years' experience in Financial Retirement Services 5+years' experience in a /product/business readiness management . 5+ years experience with all change readiness, adoption and deployment disciplinesand their key activities, processes, governance and artifacts Desired/Preferred skills Advanced communication and collaboration capabilities Ability to lead complex business-readiness efforts, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Advanced capabilities using, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, ALM, Visio, and Jira Change management certification preferred Experience in developing project plans, stakeholder maps, budget management, resource management, risk and contingency planning Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred with SAFE certification a plus Knowledge and understanding of client products, services, processes, and systems platforms preferred Experience with Design Thinking, Domain Driven Design, process flows, Journey Mapping, Personas and prototyping a plus.
