Redding transport business seeks Clerk Dispatcher!

We are looking for a motivated, dependable self-starter!

Starting wage is $28.00Training Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am-4:30pm

Work schedule (after training) to be determined.

Position overview: Data entry and administrative support, with some dispatching duties as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry for records, invoices, and other documentation.

Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials.

Coordinate and schedule drivers, deliveries, or service personnel as needed.

Monitor and track the status of deliveries or service calls, providing updates when required.

Answer incoming phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient service.

Assist with inventory management and supply orders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry, administration, or logistics is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency under pressure.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
