Managing liquidity risk, interest rate risk, investments, and funding of the balance sheet.

Participating in capital market activities and wholesale purchase activities.

Assisting in regulatory compliance and developing capital and liquidity metrics.

Executing asset and liability management and related hedging strategies.

Playing an active role in Asset Liability Management Committee meetings and performing other relevant duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with an MBA or CFA preferred.

10+ years of experience in a financial services organization, with an understanding of accounting, valuation analysis, and bank regulation.

Superior knowledge of financial instruments and thorough understanding of balance sheet management.

Hands-on experience with QRM, Empyrean or ZMdesk or equivalent, preferably Empyrean.

Familiarity with SAS, econometric modeling related to IRR, fixed income, prepayments and deposits.

Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Python, and familiarity with relational database design preferred.
