Managing liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and balance sheet funding.

Participating in capital market activities and regulatory compliance.

Undertaking asset and liability management, and related hedging strategies.

Involvement in asset liability committee meetings.

Interpreting current financial trends and data.

Overseeing short-term cash flow forecasts.

Assisting in handling fixed income investment portfolios.

Conducting additional duties as required and collaborating with various organizational levels.

Requirements

ALM experience in a credit union or banking environment.

Proficiency in ALM tools like QRM, Empyrean, or ZMdesk.

Experience leading a team.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Over 10 years' experience in finance, with a knowledge of accounting, valuation and regulation.

Understanding of financial instruments and balance sheet management.

Experience with econometric modeling; familiarity with SAS or R is a plus.

Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, and automated dashboard creation.

Familiarity with database design and development.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong project management and excellent communication skills
