Treatment Coordinator/ Insurnace Cordinator/PCC

Our office is looking for an Insurance PCC/TC for our busy group practice.

The right candidate must be:

Someone who’s upbeat, dependable, on time to work, detailed oriented, great personality with excellent costumer service.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and making their day better.

Coordinating schedules and confirming appointments efficiently

Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently

Handling dental insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up

Handling patient accounts, collections, and financial arrangements

Some dental experience and Dentrix software is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
