Truck Dispatcher/Broker

This is a small trucking company with 10 trucks.

Plan daily routes, and equipment allocations for daily deliveries.

Confer with customers, brokers, and drivers to exchange information and resolve problems

Plan and establish transportation routes and coordinate with drivers

Monitor rate confirmations and appointments, along with driver paperwork/BOL's.

Upload proof of delivery and send to the billing department and to the brokers for approval.

Compute and estimate hours for payroll, transportation.

Negotiate and secure loads from broker websites.

Desired skills and qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.

Must have previous experience dispatching.

Must have management experience in transportation or a degree in management

Monday-Friday work starts early morning.
